A modern three-storey house, dated 1980. On the ground floor there is a lovely small private garden with tables and chairs.
The hotel is located near the city centre, in a quiet road which leads to the seafront. Regular public transport is available just outside the hotel. The airport is only 5km away.
There is a small reception area connected with the bar and the breakfast room. It is not large but is nice and bright with a tiled floor.
