In the common areas the hall, divided into representative spaces, with a reserved TV room, reading room, luggage and valuables, american and snack bar, lifts, meeting room (up to 80 people); on the edge of the terraces of the "Beach Bar" and the "Pagoda" barbecue restaurant, the charming small beach "Smeralda", and the surrounding solarium, equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas, subject to availability, and with beach towels for a fee. "Patio Bar ", near the Hall, articulated like a winter garden. "Piano Bar", with its large windows and an indescribable veranda and a singular terrace; as a background the islands of the Caprera and Maddalena archipelago. "Beach Bar", with the unique panoramic terraces degrading to the beach, inserted at the edges of the same.
